A meet and greet AND TRIAL/ TRIALS
To make sure everyone is 100% comfortable, we suggest starting out with meeting over a cup of tea and a couple of treats for your pooch. You and your dog get to meet us and our regulars, as well as exploring our home. Should this all go well, we will book your dog for their initial trial. From there, based on each individual dog, we would build their trials to a full day and/ or sleepover depending on what you are looking for.
Whilst you are here, let’s discuss your requirements. Whether one-off, or multi-day, we can work out the best plan to suit you and your dog’s needs. *Please note that we will not confirm a day or stay until we have completed this process. We are therefore not setup to take last minute bookings for dogs we do not know.
Once you’re happy
We’ll ask for an upfront payment for your dog’s day or a 25% non-refundable deposit for their stay.
Next we need you to complete our Booking and Consent form, which we’ll email through. On here we’ll ask for information such as dates, emergency contact, vet details, vaccination history and so on. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
WHAt to bring
This is totally up to you and your dog. We encourage owners to bring items such as beds, favourite rugs and toys, bowls, leads and harnesses, and grooming equipment from home. That’s not to say we don’t provide all of these items, it is more a case of ensuring the best home-from-home experience for your dog. The more you can bring from their normal routine, the quicker we find they settle in. We can also provide food but is worth considering your dog’s culinary routine and sensitivity (or lack thereof!) of stomach, when selecting the meals they have during their stay.

Whether you’re off to work, heading away for a long weekend or getting on a plane to somewhere exotic, you can rest easy that your dog is in their second home and will have the very best of times here with us. We can send you daily videos and pictures of your pooch, or can keep you up-to-date as and when you prefer. You can decide how much you’d like us to be in touch.
